Do you ship oversea? 

Yes, we ship all over the world except these countries Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Russia. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.  

How long will it take to get my order? 

It depends on where you are. Orders delivered locally in Singapore will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I change my mind? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of items if you have made an incorrect purchase, or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order. 

What do I do if I had an allergic reaction? 

It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to different products and ingredients. If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures to enquiry@jyunka.com. Please note that issues must be reported within 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of receipt of item. In certain instances, a medical certificate may be requested to identify if it is the product that caused the allergic reactions. 

What is the return policy? 

• Only products purchased on www.jyunka.com may be returned for a refund or replacement. 
• We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement. 
• Returned products must be in their original condition. We cannot accept partially used products or products with broken seals. 
• Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 
• We cannot accept partial returns for bundle sets or promotional packages. You must return the complete set for a refund. 
• If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount. 
• We cannot accept responsibility for personal damage to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund. 
• All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

1. What causes the Skin to age?

2. I have oily skin. Do I still need a moisturizer? 

Any skin type including oily skin need HYDRATION. Just as OILY and ‘THIRSTY” are of 2 different issues, oily skins still need hydration. JYUNKA Extreme Hydrant Cream is a lightweight moisturizer that does not clog pores, it seals in Serums. desensitize and protect the skin. 

3. How can I brighten up my dull complexion? 

Blood flow to our skin and body’s natural exfoliation process slows down from 30 years old. Lifestyle, stress and our climate add to the dullness. Using the JYUNKA Epidermal Peel Kit once or twice a week will restore that natural radiance and glow. Using the Epidermal peel regularly will enhance the absorption of skincare products making them more effective. 

4. I have sensitive skin, can I use JYUNKA products? 

There is a difference between sensitive skin, irritated skin and allergic reactions. JYUNKA Extreme Hydrant Cream works to regenerate and re-hydrate the epidermal layers of the skin. Its special combination of Telangyn™, Butcher’s Broom, and Alpha Bisabolol helps rebuild and strengthen the skin and provide necessary moisture. The heating sensations and irritations are soothing.

5. I work in an office, do I still need to apply sunscreen? 

Sunscreen is needed in any climate 365 days a year. UVA and UVB rays can penetrate glass or car windows, reflect off water or shiny services and can cause harm to the skin even on a cloudy day. 

JYUNKA Ultra Defence SPF 50 will adequately shield and protect the skin. It has an added advantage, a pearly tint will enhance skin tone and act as a primer for makeup applications

8. What is the shelf life of JYUNKA products 

All JYUNKA products carry Singapore Health Science Authority labels (HSA). 

Expiration of unopened products starts at 3 years from date of production and opened products must be finish within 6 to 12 months 

9. After a while, I noticed the M+ fluid turning yellow, why is that? 

JYUNKA M+ fluid is pure ascorbic acid, a form of Vitamin C. It will oxides if kept in an environment above 30 degrees Celsius, contaminated or kept too long after opening, thus you will notice the serum colour turning from clear to a yellowish ochre colour. We recommend for the best results, to finish using a bottle of M+ within 3 months after opening. Please store the product below 30 degrees or keep it in a refrigerator once open. 

10. There is no foam when I use the 5-in-1 cleanser, is it normal? 

JYUNKA 5 in 1 cleanser is a GEL cleanser, not a soap-based cleanser. Just pump 2-3 pumps on dry clean hands and massage on face, work up with a little water and massage through for about 30 seconds and rinse off with water. 

11. If I use the M+ and Lifting Serum, can I skip the cream? 

JYUNKA M+ and Lifting serum are both serums, they absorb well and work from deep within the skin layers. You need to add cream to seal in the serums, give skin protection and a sense of comfort. Skin will then be perfectly prepped for makeup. 

12. My skin feels itchy with pricking sensation when I apply the peel cream in the Epidermal peel kit, I am worried. 

JYUNKA epidermal peel kit contains AHA and Salicylic acid that dissolves the dead skin cells. It is part of the process where the active ingredients cause prickling and itchy sensations. There is no alarm if the skin does not turn red and swollen. Each session of the epidermal peel should not exceed 5 minutes. Gently massage the epidermal lotion to neutralize it and rinse it off with water. Please do not use the product on any broken skin. 

13. My skin feels oily after applying Jyunka M+, is it too rich for me? 

JYUNKA M+ fluid employs patented Qu-some technology that ‘wraps’ pure ascorbic acid in lipid nanocapsules. The nanocapsules ‘break’ as it is massaged on skinreleasing Vitamin C into the deep layers of the skin. It does feel a little oily immediately after application but will dry into a radiant fair finish immediately after fully absorbed.
